When you purchase this product, you will receive an email saying that your order is being processed. Please give us 1-2 business days to activate your ability to submit support tickets on the site. Usually we activate within 24 hours. When you receive a second confirmation email, that means you are active on the site and can begin submitting support tickets.
To submit a ticket for data analytics related help:
- Login to https://mydatazest.com/. If you don’t have an account, please register for one. Note: Unfortunately, if you have purchased one of our courses, you must register for this site separately – in the future, we plan on implementing single sign-on so that you can use the same account for both the course and this support site.
- Click on “Submit Ticket” in the top menu.
- Send us your question in detail.
- Send screenshots! If you don’t send a screenshot and we can’t figure out what you are asking, we’ll need to request one. So you might as well send the screenshot with the first message.
- You should receive an email confirming that your support ticket was sent. You will also be sent an email every time your ticket receives a response. You can check the status of your ticket at any time by clicking “My Tickets” in the top menu.
We try to answer all support emails within 24 hours (non-weekends), but if there is a holiday, a large influx of messages at once, an employee is sick, etc. there may be a delay.
